Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
